If you upload images to the website and/or email images, you should avoid images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website and/or email recipient can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

To help protect this website a number of security precautions are taken by our hosting company and package. If it is deemed to be a security concern the data will be kept until such time as it is no longer a security concern.

If you have an contacted me, you can request to receive a copy of details personal data I hold about you, including any data you have provided to me. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
